Development
A modern product development process follows a systematic and methodical approach. Its aim is to complement the previous intuitive methods of developing technical solutions and make them more predictable, testable, and calculable. The main goal is to launch market-ready and market-oriented products.
We employ the following methods, among others, to prevent a "Banana Development" (where the product ripens at the customer)
In preparation for series production and market orientation, it is advantageous to launch pre-development projects.
Through these projects, new technologies can be tested for their feasibility in products and processes. Various conceptual ideas are built and tested using functional prototypes.
The goal of pre-development is to reduce technical risks in series projects.
In pre-development, attempts are made to apply new ideas to existing or yet-to-be-developed projects. The focus is on challenging and high-risk assemblies or products that hinder a timely and low-risk market launch.
We identify critical assemblies early on and carry out pre-development activities.
